Meet The Team
Alex Wood, M.D. | Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
Neurological Imaging
Dr. Wood is a native of Texas. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. His diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship in neuroradiology were both completed at Emory School of Medicine. During residency, Dr. Wood served as the chief radiology resident. He enjoys running, hiking, and visiting national parks.
O'Keith Dellafosse, M.D. | Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
Breast & Women's Reproductive Imaging
Dr. Dellafosse is a native of Louisiana where he completed his medical education at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He went on to complete a residency in diagnostic radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami. Following this he completed a breast imaging fellowship with us at Larmor Medical.
Dr. Dellafosse also did an advanced breast & women's imaging mini fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill. The U.S. Air Force invited him to be on the staff of the radiology department at Travis AFB and he has also worked with the University of Florida at Gainesville where he was active in teaching our radiologists of the future.
Paula Cohen, M.D. | Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
Body and Chest Imaging
Dr. Cohen is a native of Kansas where she earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She went on to complete her diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and a body/chest imaging fellowship at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.
Susan Millford, M.D. | Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
Breast Imaging
Dr. Millford is a native of New York. She is skilled in all aspects of breast imaging, including mammography, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI, and interventional procedures.
Dr. Millford earned her medical degree from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. She then completed an Internal Medicine Internship at North Shore-Long Island Jewish, followed by Radiology Residency at Columbia University affiliated Harlem Hospital Center, where she was named Chief Resident. She completed her Breast Imaging Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.
